Savona in Context
Set along the banks of Stewart Creek in Historic West End, Savona is an expansive urban retreat. Anchored by a soaring 199,150 square foot historic textile mill, the site includes an additional 80,000 square feet of reclaimed industrial buildings on 30 acres.
The Stewart Creek Greenway connects Savona to the Irwin Creek Greenway, Seversville and Frazier Parks and to uptown by fully-paved, ADA accessible trail, just one mile away. Martin Luther King Park, a massive 28-acre county park, sits directly across Stewart Creek from Savona. The Lakewood Trolley will parallel the beautiful Stewart Creek Greenway and will run from Savona to Uptown connecting West End neighborhoods and the vibrancy of uptown through a heritage trolley service.
Savona will feature office, retail and entertainment venues and eventually residences.
